Responsibilities
  • Drive the implementation of the 4 OMS principles and 12 OMS elements and maintain the OMS
  • Support the Site Management Team to establish and maintain an Organization that Delivers
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of Performance Management
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of the Job Standardization
  • Support Continuous Improvement
Requirements
  • Bachelors Degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management or any related course is a plus
  • • Dynamic and goal orientated; enabling site teams to work accordingly to the plan
  • Ability to influence without authority is required strongly / significantly in this role
  • Has self initiative but understands the role as an integrated team role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suites especially on Excel, Word and Powerpoint
