Requirements At least 2 years of experience. Software/platforms required: HelpScout, Stripe, WordPress, Shopify, Ring Central, Slack, Experienced customer service rep with a strong background in sports (Volleyball, Softball, Pickleball) as an athlete or coach a plus.
Responsibilities Assist and respond to queries for information, billing, subscription, refunds for a sports-oriented business of providing clinics and videos.
