GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Technical Trainer shall be mainly responsible for:

1. Technical training management

2. Training needs analysis

3. Training program development

4. Training curriculum preparation

5. Coordinating with training providers

6. Selecting of trainees

7. Training of OJTs/Apprentice

8. Skills assessment

QUALIFICATIONS:

- With relevant educational attainment and/or trainings related to Technical Trainer functions

- With minimum of 2 years experience as Technical Trainer in a reputable organization preferably from the Heavy Equipment/Construction/Automotive Industry

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month

Benefits:

  • 8 hour shift
