SOC (Security Operations Center) Analyst monitors incidents and perform incident response for any security breach, malware outbreak and system infection.

Job Description:

• Monitors different SIEM alert, perform triage, create incident and perform incident response
• Create security incident use-cases
• Create security playbooks
• Coordinating with stakeholders and resolver groups in security incidents
• Create and submit reports needed by stakeholders

• Knowledgeable on Security Operations Center (SOC)
• Knowledgeable on Incident Response Methodology
• Knowledgeable on Incident Life Cycle
• Knowledgeable on creating Security Playbook
• Knowledgeable on creating Security incident
• Knowledgeable on logs analysis
• Knowledgeable on Cyber Kill Chain
• Knowledgeable on Networking
• Knowledgeable on MITRE ATT&CK
• Knowledgeable on different OS (Windows, *NIX, MacOS, IOS and Android)
• Knowledgeable on different malware on all platforms
• Knowledgeable on different SIEM: ELK, IBM Qradar, Splunk, HP Arcsight, MS Sentinel
• Knowledgeable on different EPP (Endpoint Protection) & EDR (Endpoint Detection and Response) Application

Professional Skills:

• Proven ability to work independently and as a team member
• Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment
• Outstanding communication, oral and written, and interpersonal skills
• Good organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
• Open for flexible work schedule to accommodate onshore counterparts

Preferred Skills or Qualifications (Nice to have):

• GIAC Certified Incident Handler (GCIH)
• Certified Ethical Hacker (C|EH)
• GIAC Continuous Monitoring Certification (GMON)
