What we look for:
- Must have a Bachelors Degree Graduate of any course
- With at least six (6) months in Healthcare account in BPO/CPO setting
- Excellent communication skills both orally and in writing.
- Knowledge of medical provider credentialing and accreditation principles, policies, processes, procedures, and documentation.
- Must have a good interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Must be amenable for a Voice account
- Must be amenable for a graveyard shift or any schedule
- Must be amenable to work onsite (Cebu)
