Key Responsibilities
  • Process and reconcile incoming payments, including credit card transactions, electronic fund transfers, checks, and other forms of payment.
  • Review and verify payment information, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data.
  • Identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to payments, working closely with internal teams and external vendors as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations while processing payments.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of payments received and processed, including proper documentation and filing.
  • Monitor and reconcile accounts receivable to ensure accurate and timely payment application.
  • Collaborate with vendors and ensure payments are applied correctly and statement of accounts reflect payments accurately.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to resolve payment-related inquiries and provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of payment processing procedures and best practices to optimize efficiency and accuracy.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to payment processing.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and contribute ideas to improve payment processing workflows and systems.
  • Provide support for financial audits by gathering and providing relevant payment records and documentation.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information and ensure data security protocols are followed.
  • Performs other duties and tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Qualification Requirements:
  • Graduate of any Bachelors degree, preferably computer-related course
  • At least 4 years or more experience in data encoding, monitoring and payments processing, and proficient in computer applications..
  • Must have good communication skills, verbal and written
  • Must be keen on details and high aptitude in numerical analysis
  • Must be organized and familiar with the use of MS Word, MS Excel as well as Google Sheets and Google Docs
