Lead Generation and Appointment Setter - Part-Time

We are seeking a motivated and diligent Lead Generation and Appointment Setter to join our outsourcing company, which specializes in providing top-tier remote and virtual professional services. This key position involves researching businesses within designated target zip codes, conducting high-volume cold calls, identifying decision-makers, and scheduling discovery calls to explore potential business opportunities. The ideal candidate will be a driven individual with a knack for effective communication and a passion for sales development.

Work schedule

• 20 hours per week, subject to scale based on business needs
• 8am to 12pm US Central Time

Responsibilities

• Proven experience in lead generation, cold calling, or a similar sales-driven role.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with a strong ability to persuade and engage potential clients over the phone.
• Must possess a clear, articulate American accent, as this is essential for effective communication with our target market.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and proficient in maintaining and managing data accurately.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a high-energy environment.
• Resilient and persistent, with a professional demeanor and the ability to handle rejection.
• Knowledge of the outsourcing industry and the various services offered, including virtual assistant duties, marketing, and call center operations.
• High school diploma required; further education or training in sales, marketing, or related fields is preferred.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Sales Development Representative, ideally within the real estate sector.
• Exceptional communication skills with a native English accent, capable of engaging and persuading various stakeholders.
• Experience managing high volumes of outbound calls and successfully navigating to reach key decision-makers.
• Proficient in the use of CRM systems for sales tracking and client management.
• Familiarity with VoIP technologies and comfortable using them for daily communications.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma required; a degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
