Position: Service Processor/Process Coordinator

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Processor/Process Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process of hiring new drivers. This includes sourcing candidates from Indeed.com, coordinating background checks with our designated vendor, and maintaining up-to-date records on the FedEx website. You will also regularly communicate with managers to assess staffing needs and ensure the seamless execution of the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Candidate Sourcing and Communication:
• Extract candidate information from Indeed.com.
• Communicate necessary information with qualified candidates via email and phone.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews as needed.
• Background Check Coordination:
• Collaborate with our specified vendor to initiate and track background checks.
• Ensure timely completion of background checks and follow up on pending cases.
• Data Management:
• Update and maintain accurate records of candidate status and hiring process on the FedEx website.
• Ensure all data is current and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
• Stakeholder Communication:
• Regularly communicate with managers to assess ongoing and future staffing needs.
• Provide updates on the status of the hiring process and candidate progress.
• Address any concerns or issues raised by managers or candidates promptly.
• Process Management:
• Organize and manage all steps of the hiring process to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Follow up with various stakeholders to ensure timely execution of each process step.
• Identify and implement improvements to streamline the hiring process.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a remote or virtual assistant capacity.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Proficiency in using online job boards (e.g., Indeed.com) and communication tools (email, phone).
• Familiarity with data management and updating records on websites.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with background check processes is a plus.
