Responsibilities : A Vendor Mgt Support is responsible in partner on-boarding, executes payment for out-of-scope activities, ensure to effectively manage budget for PO requests. The Vendor Mgt Support supports the Vendor Managers in SLA data reporting for all service partners.
KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES / KEY JOB FUNCTIONS:
  • Executes out of scope billing for partners
  • Updates Statement of Work of the service partners
  • Handles payment disputes from service partners
  • Do data gathering for SLA reporting for all partners
  • Builds process documents for service
  • Review of partner contracts and amendments
  • Consolidate data in one reporting file
  • Create approved amount for PO, book invoices and confirm and close PO
  • Attends required meetings, comes on time and prepared. Participates and provides input, recommendations, and updates

ANALYTICAL SKILLS
  • Demonstrated experience using computer applications including word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software.
  • Experience analyzing and interpreting written material and quantitative data to draw conclusions and make recommendations based on maintain compliance with LEXMARK safety, security, and privacy programs.
