Job Description:

General Description:

Regional Inventory Specialist is the one ensuring all Inventories in APAC are accurate and maintained. They are responsible for all accounts and gatekeeper to ensure 100% accuracy. Will also do Inventory Cycle counting, ASN reports and discrepancy reports.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Daily Inventory activities
  • Inventory Reports
  • Monitor Cycle Count and PI
  • Warehouse Special Project
  • Inventory Research and Reconciliation
  • Warehouse Resource for Instructions, Training, and Go-To Support
  • Call Center Resource for Instructions and Go-To Support
  • Customer Operational Change Notifications
  • Operational Compliance Conference Calls

Qualifications and Skills:

  • College Level
  • Proficient customer services skills
  • Solid attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Proven analytical skills
  • Good verbal, listening and communication skills
  • Good MS skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook
  • Ability to present, communicate initiatives and results.
