Job Summary:


The Appointment Setter will play a vital role in our sales process by identifying and qualifying potential leads. You will leverage your extensive knowledge of the market to conduct thorough research on target companies and decision-makers, tailoring outreach strategies to effectively initiate contact and present our products/services.
  • Conduct thorough research on target companies and decision-makers to tailor outreach strategies.
  • Initiate outbound calls to prospects, presenting our products/services and articulating value propositions effectively.
  • Employ consultative selling techniques to understand client needs and position our solutions accordingly.
  • Schedule high-quality appointments for the Sales team, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Manage and nurture leads through various stages of the sales funnel.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their pain points and aligning our solutions to address their needs.
  • Work closely with the Sales team to ensure seamless handover of qualified leads.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions in our CRM system

Requirements
Requirements/Skills Needed:
  • At least 2+ years of experience as an Appointment Setter, Sales Development Representative or Outbound Sales.
  • Demonstrated success in generating high-quality leads and scheduling appointments.
  • Experience in the Australian market is highly preferred.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.

Set-up and Location: Onsite/WFH/Hybrid | Ortigas, Alabang, Pampanga, Cebu
Work Schedule: Monday- Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Manila time / 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM AEST
Employment Type: Full-time
