Organic Social Media Associate

GrowthAssistant is looking for an Organic Social Media Associate for our growth marketing team. This teammate helps managing community engagement and organic social media efforts. This includes monitoring and engaging on social platforms, conducting research for strategic insights, and posting organic content. Additionally, tasks involve supporting the Ambassador Program and assisting with monthly newsletters by sourcing content and managing submissions.

The Role

• Community management - Manage community engagement on social media platforms, including interaction with ambassadors and influencers, monitoring client-provided frameworks, and conducting research to identify relevant trends and information for strategic marketing purposes.

• Organic Social Media - Monitor industry trends across various sectors, identify key dates like holidays, post organic content, compile community responses, and assist with giveaways on social media platforms.

• Assist with the Ambassador Program - Set up and duplicate missions, review submissions, and approve/deny as necessary in Club, the ambassador program software. Training will be provided by the client, and the platform allows engagement with ambassadors, financial transactions, and discount approvals.

• Assist with Monthly Newsletters - Compile existing social media content, testimonials, and ambassador program submissions to assist the marketing team in creating newsletters, streamlining information gathered from various sources for efficient use.

Must-Have:

• 2+ years experience with organic social management and community engagement
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of digital marketing strategies
• Excellent attention to detail
• Great at time management and organization
• Familiarity with marketing tools, ClickUp, Social Media, Agorapulse (or similar), Google, and Slack
• Ability to work MST

Pay: Php35,000.00 - Php55,000.00 per month
