Your role in the team

The Fraud Analyst is responsible for identifying and investigating incidents of actual and suspected fraudulent activity leading to the abuse of William Hill.

Main Duties and Responsibiliti es:

Fraud Detection and Risk Analysis
  • Uses in house and third-party tools to detect potential fraud across all relevant William Hill platforms
  • Make accurate, well informed risk analysis of customer behaviour
  • Takes appropriate follow up action on customer account in line with the risk analysis and company procedures

Productivity, Quality and Compliance
  • Meets the departments expected levels of productivity and quality Key Performance Indicators
  • Ensures regulatory compliance by ensuring all appropriate process are followed

Feedback Cycle
  • Provides ongoing feedback and raises problems based on day to day experience as part of departments continuous improvement
  • Provides ongoing feedback and fraudulent activities from all sources to contribute to team fraud and risk knowledge base

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Keen attention to details, analytical and proactive
  • Knowledgeable in MS Office Applications
  • Can effectively interact within all levels of organization
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Exhibits initiative and pro-active traits,
professionalis m and willingness to learn
  • Sound decision making skills
  • Bachelors degree is a plus
  • Risk and Fraud experience is an advantage
  • Amenable to work on shifting schedule
