JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Checking and approval of plans by tenants
  • Provides layout, design, and details for architectural plumbing and fire protection
  • Responsible for supervising the projects handled
  • Provides 3D perspective and walk-through
  • Provides notice to proceed for tenants
  • Provides as-built plans with site visits
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Graduate of Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent
  • Highly Proficient In drafting, designing, and estimates, Product Knowledge - Knowledgeable in mall/restaurant/hotel and/or corporate industry Prerequisite - Must be willing to do fieldwork
  • License Architect is a plus but not required
  • With at least 1-3 years of working experience or equivalent
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing results as needed
