Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Define and Execute Product Strategy: Craft and refine the product strategy, including defining the product vision, establishing the roadmap, and setting clear, actionable goals that align with our business priorities.
• Lead Market Analysis: Dive deep into market research to understand industry trends, identify customer needs, and spot competitive pressures. Use this data to inform strategic decisions and innovate product offerings.
• Drive Product Development: Oversee the product development cycle from concept to launch, ensuring that the products deliver unique value to our customers and maintain a competitive edge in the market.
• Collaborate Across Functions: Act as the central liaison among various internal teams—connecting engineering, marketing, sales, and support teams—to ensure a unified approach to product development and launch strategies.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams, to gather insights, pitch innovative product ideas, and gain buy-in for strategic initiatives. This will involve presenting to and persuading senior executives and external partners on the vision and efficacy of the product roadmap.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in product management, preferably in technology-driven sectors.
• Strong ability to develop strategic planning, product positioning, and market execution that aligns with business goals.
• Exceptional leadership capabilities to manage cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders.
• Robust analytical skills to interpret market data and financial information to make informed decisions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex information clearly and persuasively.
