This is a permanent full-time role based in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig following a hybrid work model setup (at least 2 in office days per week).

What You Will Do

In this role, you will be tasked with supporting the delivery of various Events for Nasdaqs Investment Intelligence.

• Day to day planning of flagship events, conferences, seminars/briefings and round tables Responsible for logistics management, as well as post event re-caps with stakeholders
• Take part in the strategic planning of events together with the Marketing team and ensure these are in line with the overall business strategy
• Support planning and execution of major events including but not limited to, master site planning and execution, venue and facility management, vendor management, production, budgeting, and logistical planning and execution.
Provide administrative support including meeting scheduling and managing
• ups.
• Assist with budget, invoice, billing and contract tracking/management for events.
• Conduct research on venues, vendors, logistics and technology, as needed.

We expect you to have

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, English or a related field
• At least three (3) years of proven event planning expertise from ideation and strategic planning, to flawless execution of events
• Excellent stakeholder relationship management abilities both internal and external
• Ability to work under pressure and manage shifting priorities, working independently as well as in a team
• Adapt to an ever changing environment in the event planning sphere
• Excellent communication skills
• You must also be amenable to work either mid shift or night shift throughout the work week and at least twice per week in the Nasdaq office at Bonifacio Global City, Taguig
