- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors/College Degree , Post Graduate Diploma / Masters Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Post Graduate Diploma / Masters Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- Graduate of a Bachelors Degree in Educational Technology, Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or other related discipline
- A strong background in computational thinking and software development.
- At least with 2-3 years experience in training or teaching ICT related subjects
- Develop standard and PRC accredited (CPD units) training programs for teachers who will implement TFI coursewares
- Evaluate effectiveness of materials used for trainings
- Modify materials based on the results of evaluation
- Assign qualified trainers to handle trainings in partner schools
- Develop an organizational development plan to support professional growth of the commercial team (i.e. Sales, Marketing, and Technical)
- Develop programs and/or materials to support needs of partner schools and/or organizations
- Conduct sales, product, or technical trainings
- Conduct projects to support business goals which may include collaboration with all other departments of the company (e.g. R&D K-10, R&D SHS and Tertiary)
- Assess qualifications of trainer applicants by following standard hiring protocols which include interviews, teaching demonstrations, and exams
- Conduct product trainings for qualified trainer applicants
