Finance Business Partner

Responsibilities: Work closely with GM of the country to enhance the overall performance of the business Work closely with all depts including FP&A to ensure P&Ls / forecast accurate Pursue costs out opportunity in these projects Any tax audits – Lead and work closely with Tax manager, Statutory accounting lead and any relevant parties Manage risk and opps in these countries and highlight those on time. Ensure risks are mitigated and opportunities delivered as fast as possible. Work with relevant team members in finance team to ease any wipro issues in those countries Work with relevant team members in finance team to ensure controls environment is ok - Bank mandate/stats/FCCs Supporting Group tax team will tax filings and engagement with tax authorities Working closely between operations, sales and FP&A to define the budget. Ensuring that revenue is maximised per the contract Leading and country restructuring work, including entity closure, fleet and inventory extraction Professional skills / experience

• Minimum of 3 years experience as finance manager or finance business partner in a reputed firm (preferably MNC)
• CPA (certified public accountant)
• Clear communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with Microsoft office (primarily Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
