Project Stakeholder Engagement Officer

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors/College Degree , Linguistics/Languages, Mass Communications or equivalent.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in coordination, Stakeholder Management or key accounts management or a combination thereof is required for this position.
• A proven track record of successfully managing conflict and other issues with stakeholder groups
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Preferably 3 yrs Up Experienced Employees specializing in Public Relations/Communications or equivalent.
• Good interpersonal skills
• PowerPoint Skills
• Must have a drivers license and knows how to drive a manual vehicle

ROLE PURPOSE:

• Implements programs and projects that aim to gain support for and approval of Manila Water projects with local government and national government agencies.
• Collaborates with internal stakeholders in particular Strategic Asset Management Group, Corporate Communications Group, East Zone Business Operations, Project Delivery Department, Project Support Department, etc. to ensure alignment of and effective planning, development and implemention of proects.
• Fosters and maintains good relationship with external stakeholders by coordinating & resolving other concerns/complaints that are not necessarily project related.
• Recommends and develops programs for the continuous development and institutionalizing culture of stakeholder conciousness in the department and the group.
• Provides management information/report as required and performs ohter tasks that may be assiged from time to time
