Shopify Liquid Operations Assistant

GrowthAssistant is seeking a highly skilled Shopify Liquid Operations Assistant to manage and optimize our Shopify store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Shopify store, ensuring a seamless and efficient e-commerce experience for our customers.

Salary Range: PHP 70,000 - 90,000 per month

Note: Rate/Salary will depend on your current competencies matched to the position’s job description and requirements based on the assessment results.

Must Have:

• 3+ years of experience with brand management on Shopify (Expert Level)
• Intermediate proficiency with Google Sheets / Excel
• Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Liquid for Shopify
• Experience with the Shopify App ecosystem (e.g., Klaviyo, Zapier, Shopify Bundles)
• Experience writing and iterating on role-related Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

Core Tasks:

• Shopify Management: Create, manage, and optimize Shopify listings and client micro websites.
• Product Catalog: Upload listing images and manage the product catalog.
• Content Publishing: Publish content on the website provided by clients, ensuring it is presented effectively.
• Website Maintenance: Update website content, refresh existing content, ensure backlinks are working, and troubleshoot issues.
• Fulfillment Assistance: Assist in various fulfillment tasks to ensure smooth storefront operations.
• Troubleshooting: Work with Shopify support to fix listing and shipping issues.
• Brand Management: Assist in various tactical brand management tasks as needed.
• Feature Implementation: Implement new features and functionality, including plugins.
• Reporting: Generate ad-hoc reports and create dashboards as needed.
• Design: Perform basic website design tasks, including layouts and mock-ups using Adobe.
• Inventory Management: Manage various warehouse locations for inventory fulfillment.
• Ecosystem Oversight: Own and oversee the entire Shopify ecosystem, managing all aspects related to Shopify.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with WhatsApp and Gmail for internal communications
• Shopify+ Experience
• Experience with Shopify Flows, including creating flows to help automate and optimize various tasks
• Shopify+ B2B Experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php70,000.00 - Php90,000.00 per month
