Work Setup:

Morning/Night Shift

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Make sure all notifications sent by staff (absent, late, and half-day) are automatically filed on Staff Central to avoid No Call - No Show tagging
• Send customer email notifications following staff notifications
• Contact staff who failed to log in prior to their shift
• Communicate with other departments (if needed) to resolve problems and expedite work
• Generate NCNS to properly tag staff who failed to show up to work
• Resolve escalations and complaints and answer questions of customers regarding attendance queries of their staff
• Submit daily reports
• Verify staff’s timesheets before contacting them about late log-ins

QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven work experience as back-office staff
• Ability to coordinate with all relevant Business Units as required
• Able to organize projects and workload within a fast-paced work environment with minimal supervision
• Ability to communicate and work in a team
