Company website: www.CEF.inc JOB SUMMARY: The Parts Order Representative serves as the primary point of contact for dealers regarding parts orders. This includes validating online orders, coordinating shipments and freight, handling backorders, and communicating with dealers about open order and parts sales campaigns. RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide customer service support for dealers as calls come in throughout the day
  • Regularly communicate with dealers regarding product availability, pricing, shipping, invoicing, order confirmations, and shipping discrepancies via email and over the phone
  • Process orders placed online through Microsoft Dynamics SL
  • Help Dealers understand product parts ordering and shipping processes
  • Arrange and document shipments on shipping schedules
  • Complete sales order and freight charges entries
  • Manage assigned territory with open and back-order reports
  • Communicate with dealers about quarterly programs and special sales programs
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED AND PREFERRED:
  • High school diploma
  • Minimum of 2 years of strong experience in customer service
  • Experience in, or knowledge of, mechanics, agricultural/machinery industry is highly preferred
  • Ability to handle heavy and variable workloads
  • Excellent phone skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 – Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics SL or similar CRM is preferred
  • Works well in a team
