Inventory Supervisor

• Communicate productivity and direct hours targets to your team ensuring they have a clear understanding of what is expected from them - including communication to new hires
• Assign tasks according to daily resource planning received from Second Line Leadership
• Track team and individual performance of your employees
• Track the % of errors and damage to goods at individual level and address these issues during performance reviews with employees
• Support to implement improvement activities
• Perform daily warehouse duties including but not limited to inbound (break-bulk; re-packaging), outbound (pick/pack), materials handling responsibilities and general housekeeping duties
• Perform basic stocktaking and inventory checks as well as basic data entry into the warehouse management system
• Maintain material handling equipment (MHE) to ensure compliance with standard operating procedures and EHS rules and regulations (if applicable)
• Be part of a team where your observations and suggestions will be heard and acted on
• Monitor ageing and near ex items
• Ensure that invty KPI are being met
• Close all DDRS reported by store
• Ensure minimal inventory variance
• Ensure cycle count and location integ are being made
• Match invty of customer and DHL system

• Preferably College graduate of any 4 years course / Business Management or any related course
• 3-5 years of work experience in Supervisory level in the same field or Supply Chain/Manufacturing/warehousing industry
• Proficient in Microsoft Office particularly in MS Excel
• Proficient in SAP system and WMS
• With sense of Leadership and organizational skills
• Well versed in order processing, inventory and customer service job
• Strong communication skills and keen on details
• Willing to work on a shifting work schedule
• Willing to be assigned in Sucat Muntinlupa City
