STANDARDS & TRAINING SPECIALIST

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the development, maintenance, and revision of the 5J AOSP.
• Assist the Manager, Training and Standards in the development, formulation, review, monitoring and strict implementation of security measures

and procedures including the implementation of the Security Management Systems (SeMS).

• Act as Security Training and Standards Section Officer-in-Charge (OIC), in the absence of the Manager, Training and Standards, whenever assigned

by the Manager, Training and Standards or the Director, Security.

• Conduct security audits and inspections at international and domestic stations where CEB operates in compliance with CEB security requirements,

IATA Operational Safety Audit (IOSA) standards and recommended practices, and with local and international regulations.

• Submit inspection reports to the Manager, Training and Standards and monitors the corrective action plans for issued findings.
• Develop and prepare corrective action plans for findings from internal and external audits.
• Conduct Initial and Recurrent Aviation Security Awareness Training and other security-related trainings in accordance with CEB’s training

requirements.

• Supervise and maintain the security training monitoring database.
• Responsible for the development and maintenance of security training materials.
• Handle the CEB Learning Management System for Security.
• Update the 201 Files of Cebu Pacific organic security personnel.
• Responsible for the maintenance, storage, review and revision of Training and Standards forms and documentation.
• If certified and released by regulating authority or company, may conduct specific qualified training to CEB staff or security service provider as

instructed by Director, Security through Manager, Training and Standards.

• Perform other duties and functions as the Manager, Training and Standards may direct.

Qualifications :

• Must be a graduate of any 4-year course.
• Other AVSEC Training/Seminar/workshop as skills enhancement measures to improve job performance is an advantage.
