The Trade Marketing Manager (North Luzon) is responsible for the strategic planning, organizing, and leading the execution of local marketing activities for the assigned RBU and the Districts within scope that generate awareness of the brand. He/She focuses on enhancing the customer path to purchase to build conversion & loyalty.
Ensures that such programs contribute to the achievement of the growth targets & agenda at the RBU level. The position closely collaborates with Category and Channels Marketing as well as other RBUs. They ensure that all customer programs are aligned with Marketing & RBU strategies.
Ensures the achievement of consistent execution of category and channel strategies linked to the customer journey to drive growth, winning shares and stay ahead of the competition by providing the best in customer store experience.
Ensures the compliance of all Trade Marketing efforts to the established Jollibee marketing standards and policies. The ACAM may also be designated as the Overall Lead or SPOC to champion special Marketing, System-Wide projects to
ensure consistent execution and further their leadership skills.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate of Business Administration, Marketing or any related course.
- At least 6 years work experience in a supervisory/managerial capacity in any or all of the following areas:
- Trade Marketing or Marketing Services preferably in a multinational food service/consumer goods company.
- Senior or Group Account Manager in a reputable (at least medium-sized) ad or below-the-line agency, preferably handling consumer goods accounts.
- Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Willing to be assigned in North Luzon areas.
