RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide support and troubleshooting for NBN Internet, VOIP, and IPTV issues via Phone, Email, Live Chat
  • Monitor outstanding tickets and keep stakeholders informed of progress
  • Troubleshoot hardware and application problems at the initial point of contact from the customer
  • Take responsibility for actions required to deliver solutions to the customer in a timely manner
  • Ensure our existing & new customer base is supported with quality service
  • Liaise with Network Carriers and Service Suppliers

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven ability to manage, prioritize, and take ownership from start to finish of your work
  • Good analytical skills
  • Understanding of Networking
  • Helpdesk/technical troubleshooting experience, preferably within the telecommunications industry.
  • Proven Communication Skills
  • A team player with a collaborative mindset and a can-do attitude
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Sound PC knowledge
  • Ability to provide timely, efficient, and professional service to customers to ensure client satisfaction
