Job role: Hotel Virtual Assistant

Work Duration: Part-time, 20 hours per week

Rate or Salary range: $4/hour fixed starting rate

Description/information:

  • Manage front desk operations to ensure guest satisfaction and create a memorable experience for each guest by overseeing: Guest services including check-ins, check-outs, questions, or concerns, phone reservations, group booking and special events
  • Assist with the management of housekeeping and maintenance staff along with any approved 3rd party vendors
  • Facilities management
  • Execution of the annual marketing plan for reservations (driving online bookings)
  • Securing repeat event and group bookings, hosting special events
  • Management of the property website and all other OTA’s
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to attract new clients, expand existing accounts, and increase group/event bookings

Requirements:

  • Must be able to work weekends
  • Communication: you have strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of hotel front desk operations
  • Should have backups for device, internet, and power interruptions
