What youll:
As Admin Assistant, you will be responsible for providing assistance to our the office team our oversees Partner.
Key responsibilities for this role include:
- Creating and sending Supplier purchase orders
- Expediting supplier deliveries
- Preparing and sending quotations
- Updating Customers on order progress
- Preparing and editing Word Documents
- Entering data into our Customer Relationship Manager and our Accounting packages
- Preparing standard Company management reports
- General administrative support to Management Team
Successful candidates must have:
- More than 2 years experience in an office administration support role.
- A background in organising and maintaining documentation.
- High level of working experience and knowledge with Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Experience with data entry with Accounting, ERP, or CRM systems, such as Salesforce or SAP B1 would be a major advantage.
- More than 2 years experience interfacing with customers, via phone and email or face to face.
- Good communication, both written and verbal, with the ability to be professional and friendly at all levels.
- Ability to manage varied and conflicting demands, timelines, and standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multi-task and manage conflicting priorities.
- Willingness to do work onsite arrangement (Alabang, Muntinlupa City)
