We are hiring for a Service Associate - Human Resources (Compensation & Benefits).
As a Service Associate - Human Resources (Compensation & Benefits), we rely on you to:
Assist with the administration of the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources functions and duties that contribute to the accomplishment of HR practices and objectives primarily in the administration of compensation and benefits.
Administers the administration and implementation of employees government benefit programs (i.e. SSS, Philhealth, Pag-ibig) such as loans, retirement, and all other benefits provided by these government agencies.
Coordinates with government agencies regarding personnel related requirements such as reports and forms which employees need to accomplish
Prepares and coordinates with Payroll regarding deductions of the concerned employees.
Handles insurance related concerns of employees
We are looking for someone who:
Is a degree holder of Accounting or any business related course
Has hands on knowledge of Microsoft Office
1-2 years related work experience is an advantage
Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply
Has a good eye for detail and willing to learn, unlearn, and relearn
Communicates and writes with fluency in English (as well as the local language)
Demonstrate high level of integrity and honesty.
A self-starter and customer-oriented.
Displays initiative, commitment to professional values.
