We are actively looking to hire a qualified candidate to help growth and improve customer success. The Customer Service Agent position is designed to help new and existing clients with producing seamless and professional customer service.

***JOB FIT (Required)***:
  • Must be available to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays - as needed - to meet the demands of the department and our customers.
  • Must have the flexibility to work overtime on short notice - as requested - by the management team.
  • Must have a history of good attendance.
  • Even though this is a part-time position, training period will last for 8 hours per day
Requirements Years of Experience: 6 months to 1 year and above Software/platforms required : Aircall, Front app, CCCone, Slack,(not required but is a plus) Specific but not limited to: Car repairs, appointment setting, pick up and drop off, towing, claims, lead follow up, etc
