Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and knowledgeable Australian Tax Trainer to join our team. The Tax Trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs on Australian tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements to our team in the Philippines. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Australian tax with a minimum of 3 years of experience and a passion for sharing their knowledge and expertise with others.
Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive training materials, presentations, and resources on Australian tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions to our team in the Philippines, covering topics such as income tax, GST, fringe benefits tax, and superannuation.
- Assess training needs and identify opportunities for skills development and knowledge enhancement among team members.
- Provide one-on-one coaching and support to team members to reinforce learning and address individual learning needs.
- Keep abreast of changes in Australian tax laws and regulations and incorporate relevant updates into training materials and programs.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as HR and management, to support training initiatives and ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and make recommendations for continuous improvement and enhancement of training programs.
- Foster a culture of learning and development within the organization, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of solid Australian tax experience, with a strong understanding of Australian tax laws and regulations.
- Previous experience in training or teaching is preferred but not required. Candidates with a passion for training and development will also be considered.
- Expert knowledge of Australian tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to deliver complex information in a clear and understandable manner.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate learners and build rapport with team members.
