Play a key role in ensuring the smooth resolution of HR inquiries across Macquarie’s global employee base. You will be responsible for providing first level resolution on a range of tasks, including Preboarding, Onboarding, Benefits, Data Management, Performance, Learning, etc. By establishing working relationships with key HR stakeholders, you will ensure assigned cases are responded to within the defined SLAs with a high level of accuracy and customer support as well as re-assign cases to Tier 2, process owner or alternate escalation as appropriate. In addition, you will participate in HR projects and initiatives as required. What you offer
  • Relevant experience from an HR Service desk in a shared services or captive industry will be highly regarded but not essential
  • Collaborative, team-based work style
  • Ability to work autonomously on allocated tasks with the ability to escalate issues clearly and concisely where necessary
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills – specifically Outlook, Excel and Word
  • High attention to detail with good problem solving and customer service skills
  • Strong communication skills.
