Answer questions about services or about the company.

Initiates market research to identify market trends and target customers preferences and analyzed their findings as it affects the business.

Ensure brand presence in online and offline channels

Review packaging & positioning of products and recommendations for improvement

Keep records of all activities including calls, emails, and relevant information exchange.

Make outbound customer calls to promote and sell our services.

Enter and update customer information in the database

Handle issues and formulate solutions to help customers with their needs.

Develop and maintain accurate service knowledge.

Make follow-ups on time

Qualifications:
Graduate of BS Marketing Management, or any related course.

With at least 3 years of work experience

Experience in doing Partnerships for events

Knowledge or background in Marketing Activations

Experience working with Consumer-facing brands is a big plus

Excellent Communications Skills (verbal & written)

Highly organized and able to multitask

Proficient in the use of MS Office applications.

Preferably residing within Metro Manila & Calabarzon.

Willing to do fieldwork if needed (i.e. events on weekdays/weekends)
