Processing, analyzing and reporting of financial transactions and information. Assisting with budgeting processes and preparing various management reports on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
Primary Responsibilities
Maintain and ensure working files are updated and correct
Prepare and post accurate journal entries
Assist/Prepare with Monthly/Quarterly/Annual Group reporting packs in accordance with Accounting Standards and Group reporting instructions
Coordinate and provide Auditors the necessary supporting documents
Reconcile Balance Sheet accounts and investigate differences
Assist with monthly/quarterly ad hoc requirements pertaining to the preparations of necessary items in the financial statements and closing of books
Assist with special investigations/projects concerning a wide-range accounting issues as required
Accuracy and timeliness of closing of Accounting books, journal entries and reconciliations
Timeliness in providing feedbacks/resolution
Accuracy of journal entries and reports
Ensure to meet service level agreements
Required Education
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
Required Experience
- 1 years relevant experience
Preferred Competencies/Skills
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills
- Effective verbal and written English communication skills
- Effective analytical, and time management skills
- Ability to work on a global team
- Attention to detail
Preferred Knowledge
- Basic understanding of products and concepts relating to the financial services industry, including financial management principles
- Basic knowledge of Management Accounting principles and practices, and reporting of financial data
- Basic working knowledge of financial processes, procedures, solutions and best practices
