Copywriter

GENERAL SUMMARY:

The Copywriter is primarily responsible for researching ideas and developing content for product packaging, ad campaigns, websites, marketing materials, sales presentations, press releases, and much more. The Copywriter will also be responsible for summarizing key selling points and developing compelling messaging to a target audience.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.Use your copywriting expertise for product lines as Piping Rock expands and launches its brands worldwide;

2.Work closely with the Marketing, Regulatory, Brand, and Sales teams;

3.Develop product copy across all print and digital media(packaging, websites, social media, email blasts, etc.);

4.Compose long-form content including press releases, articles, and profiles;

5.Aid in preparing retailer and consumer-facing promotional materials, such as brochures, video content, banner ads, etc.;

6.Proofread content as necessary;

7.Organize and categorize new and existing copy into various template styles to establish cohesion and accuracy across multiple divisions of the company;

8.Manage up responsibilities effectively with supervisors and managers;

9.Follow company standards to maintain integrity, client focus, teamwork, and respect for everyone in every interaction;

10.Exhibit a sense of urgency in the execution of all job functions and delivery expectations, especially around established deadlines;

11.Promote and display Piping Rock’s core values.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Required

1. Bachelors Degree in Journalism, English, Marketing or other related courses or equivalent work experience;

2. Strong knowledge of how to properly research a topic or product before writing copy for consumer and retailer-facing materials;

3. Highly proficient in Word and Power Point;

4. Excellent verbal, written, and research skills with a high degree of professionalism.

Preferred

1. Extremely resourceful with strong attention to detail; solution oriented and resolution focused;

2. Highly organized with ability to prioritize and juggle projects simultaneously in an extremely fast-paced working environment;

3. Strong creative concept skills;

4. Advanced Excel skills is a plus;

5. Familiarity with The Chicago Manual of Style is a plus;

6. Knowledge in using Monday.com project management tool is a plus;

7. Experience in the Nutritional Supplements industry or another highly regulated industry is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php70,000.00 per month
