Summary:
As a Security Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for leading the implementation and delivery of Security Services projects, leveraging our global delivery capability. Your typical day will involve working with Microsoft Azure Security Operations and ensuring the successful delivery of security services projects.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation and delivery of Security Services projects, leveraging our global delivery capability (method, tools, training, assets).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of security services projects.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team on Microsoft Azure Security Operations.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, and escalate as necessary.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Microsoft Azure Security Operations.
• Strong understanding of security operations and best practices.
• Experience in leading and delivering security services projects.
• Experience in managing project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have 7 years of experience in Microsoft Azure Security Operations.
• The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science, information technology, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful security solutions.

Certifications: ITIL, Azure fundamentals
1. Lead the team in proactive IT Service Management: Release Management, Resource Management, Asset Management, Capacity Management and so on.
2. Lead the team in reactive IT Service Management: Change Management, Incident Management, Problem Management and so on.
3. Lead by example to the team: Be present, maintain quality, standardise everything, ask questions that encourage the team to think vs. just do what they are told
