  • Collaborate with clients and project teams to understand business requirements and technical constraints.
  • Design and architect custom software solutions using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, API, MongoDB, and MySQL technologies.
  • Create and maintain high-level and low-level architectural documentation.
  • Ensure the scalability, security, and performance of the software architecture.
  • Evaluate and select appropriate technologies, tools, and frameworks to meet project requirements.
  • Lead a team of offshore developers and provide guidance throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Develop and maintain coding standards, best practices, and design patterns.
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
