About the role

As a Process Specialist- Front Office and Client Support, you will be primarily responsible for providing Middle office Support to Global Markets by acting as central liaison point for both. You will be a client facing contact for Australia based clients relating to Foreign Exchange and other markets product via phone interactions (inbound/outbound) and email as well as provide internal stakeholder support to the Markets business including Foreign Exchange

Other responsibilities include

Support the growing markets business in Australia and provide additional support to the ANZ Markets business and Clients.
Act as central liaison point for Markets and customers
Providing a positive customer experience when dealing with customer (both internal/external) queries, around all aspects of the markets business from Trade execution to post settlement investigations across Foreign Exchange and other products.
In addition, you will also be expected to

Contribute to fostering a strong collaborative culture and positive team dynamics consistent with the Bank’s Values

Perform investigations of unsettled trades impacting customers and their experience with ANZ

Work with Front Office Support and Operations in other locations/geographies to improve Operations workflows and the accuracy of the Funding forecasts.

Adhering to external customer quality expectations and internal Service Level Agreements.

Take ownership of identifying and sharing ideas on potential process improvements and resolving current issues that impact stakeholders in the Foreign Exchange and other markets business by assisting in current business projects

Role Location: Solaris One Building, 130 Dela Rosa St., Legaspi Village, Makati City
Role schedule: Australian Business hours, Day shifts in PH, Hybrid work set up post training, Weekends Off, AU holidays to be followed
What will you bring?

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

Foreign Exchange knowledge/experience in dealing with Customer and front office stakeholders is essential.
Payments knowledge, including an understanding of Swift, is essential.
In-depth experience in financial services industry.
Knowledge of reconciliation processes including ledger and statement investigations is highly desirable
Results driven with an attention to detail. Identifies and follows through on areas for improvement
Proficiency in Microsoft Applications is essential.
Mandarin Language capability is an advantage but not required
