Develop and utilise an enterprise-wide knowledge of data sources to quickly and efficiently source and integrate data in support of strategic projects....

  • Gather, and proactively anticipate, stakeholder requirements for developing process analytics assets that produce tangible business benefits
  • Develop and utilise an enterprise-wide knowledge of data sources to quickly and efficiently source and integrate data in support of strategic projects
  • Undertake data mining, complex database queries, data cleaning and data exploration activities
  • Analyse process performance and develop recommendations for optimising process performance
  • Train, evaluate and maintain machine learning models for predicting process performance
  • Maintain and enhance process analytics assets in line with process changes, stakeholder requirements and industry best practice
  • Communicate trends and recommendations using effective data visualisation tools and techniques
  • Develop effective relationships across the organisation including: Executive Committee, Senior Management, technical specialists, Head Office and analysts in other country units
  • Ensure data handling and recommendations are within policies, regulations and industry standards
  • Embed a risk-aware culture in relation to process-analytics
