Design Assistant - Video/Motion and Graphic

We are looking for a Video/Motion Graphics Designer, who will be at the forefront of creating captivating visual content across various digital platforms. Your role will involve a blend of creativity, technical expertise, and an eye for aesthetics.

Salary Range: PHP50,000 - 80,000/month
Note: Rate/Salary will depend on your current competencies matched to the position’s job description and requirements based on the assessment results.

Responsibilities

• Video editing for ad sets, email, display ads, social, landing pages, etc.
• Stitch and edit short videos for digital campaigns across channels.
• Iterate off existing assets to create new short-form video content.
• Follow creative briefs and efficiently, effectively and autonomously generate quality content.
• Replicate best-in-class motion content using existing creative assets
• Design new graphics for social media and performance advertising campaigns.
• Edit graphics and videos for formatting on different channels.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest video editing and graphic design techniques.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of video/motion graphic experience
• Advanced experience with Adobe Suite for motion/video editing (After Effects + Premiere Pro)
• Experience with Adobe Suite for graphic design (Photoshop and Illustrator)
• Familiarity with Gmail and Slack for team communication
• Ability to work EST timezone

Grow Into:

• Creating new designs from scratch - creative briefs provided by client
• Uploading creative files to appropriate platforms (Hootsuite, etc.)
• Saving, organizing and filing creative assets for easy/quick access and swift coordinate/collaboration w/ creative department
