The ideal candidate would have the following qualifications:

  • College graduate of any business course
  • With at least 12 years of HR experience
  • At least 4 years as an HR Manager
  • Proven experience in Talent Acquisition, Compensation and Benefit, Performance Management and Organizational Development.
  • Above average communication skills.
  • Highly computer literate
  • Strategic Planner and analytical
  • Can bring a higher level of cooperation among departments
  • Can work with shared services environment
  • Can manage a large department

Initial interview to be done via zoom.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Php175,000.00 - Php200,000.00 per month
