Amazon Logistics Specialist | WFH

What are we looking for:

MultiplyMii is in search of an Amazon Logistics Specialist who will be working with our client partner based in San Francisco. Our client is dedicated to creating unique, safe, and fun products that keep kids engaged.

In this role, you will be responsible for inventory management, and forecasting. This role involves listing management and seller support cases. You should be a resourceful self-starter who’s excited to take ownership of the supply chain. You will also be working directly with the USA-based team

Beyond your experience, we are also looking for someone who is professional and possesses impeccable English language communication skills, both written and verbal.

This role is 100% work from home.

In this role, you will:

• Heavily involved in the day-to-day management of Amazon FBA listings. Fixing images/product detail pages/variations for placing orders with manufacturers and ensuring that there is adequate stock across all sales channels.
• Coordinate import containers with manufacturers, Freight Forwarders and 3PL.
• Analytically review, track and report on all supply chain logistics processes, including purchasing, receiving, warehousing, inventory.
• Responsible for monitoring inventory levels, forecasting, and replenishment shipments into Amazon US, UK, CAD, Walmart, and our 3PL to keep products in stock.
• Troubleshooting issues within Amazon/Walmart including, lost inventory, product detail page updates, variation creations, ect.
• Responsible for updating the weekly/monthly forecasts.
• Work internally with creative/marketing teams to coordinate new product launches.

About You:

• 2+ years of operations experience working on demand planning, forecasting, and supply chain management.
• 2+ years of experience directly managing an Amazon 3P working with Seller Central
• Supply Chain Coordination: Ensure optimal stock levels across channels
• Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot Amazon and Walmart issues, ensuring seamless operations
• Extensive skill with Google Sheets or Excel
• Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Logistics Analytics: Analyze and report on supply chain processes to identify efficiency opportunities
• Inventory Management: Monitor and forecast inventory for Amazon, Walmart, and 3PL partners, coordinating replenishment
• Forecasting: Update forecasts to align with market demand, collaborating with internal teams
• Product Launch Support: Coordinate with marketing teams for successful new product launches

Pay: Php50,000.00 - Php70,000.00 per month
