In this role, you will manage bookkeeping for *multiple clients* Public Accounting, ensuring precision and efficiency in handling transactions, reconciliations, and financial reporting. Your ability to work overnight hours to synchronize with US Central Time is crucial, as is your commitment to high standards of client service.

Responsibilities

• Manage comprehensive bookkeeping for around 30 clients
• Perform tasks including transaction categorization, bank reconciliation, payroll management, and financial reporting
• Maintain accurate accounting records
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry best practices
• Provide clear communication with US-based clients

Requirements

• Experience with QuickBooks Online required.
• Public accounting/GAAP experience
• At least 5 years of work experience handling multiple clients.
• Fresh energy and happiness with a natural helpful disposition focused on client service.
• Have self-motivation and multi-tasking abilities - this will be a virtual position.
• Able to solve problems independently and creatively – including installing, learning, and teaching software programs – for example, time and billing systems, Karbon, Teams, researching for new and better products to allow us to stay on the cutting edge of available technology.
• Capable of assisting clients and staff with their needs promptly and professionally.
• Detailed oriented and extremely organized
• Polished, professional demeanor
• Ability to handle a direct style of communication without oversensitivity.
• Interest in learning new skills and requesting additional responsibilities.
• Excellent writing skills.
• Experience with Karbon a huge plus!
