  • Oversees the overall and day to day operations of his/her projects and coordinates all aspects of project delivery activities to ensure that projects are executed properly, efficiently and on time.
  • Oversees, monitors and controls cost of all projects. Ensures that cost monitoring reports are updated.
  • Provides day-to-day administrative and technical supervision to direct reports Reviews the detailed project plan prepared by Project Engineers and monitors it as well.
  • Ensures proper coordination with sales team to understand customer needs and specific requirements, analyses delivery of service needs and assists them in providing materials and product information and specifications.
  • Reviews and pre-approve definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
  • Ensures the resource availability and allocation are properly monitored. Ensures that his/her team monitors the completeness of all requirements for the project i.e. permits, gate pass and other documents concerning mobilization, demobilization, delivery and pull outs are properly secured and coordinated with all concerned.
  • Manages changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs and coordinate it properly to concerned departments. Identifies, evaluates, and takes steps to minimize the impact of risks.
  • Maintains effective communication with clients to keep them update to date. Attends meetings and assists in managing the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
  • Ensures that the stocks of consumables, parts and materials are on its inventory level. Develops relationship with customers through high customer service delivery.
  • Develops Project Delivery policies/documents/manual and ensures that it follows the standards of JCI.
  • Prepares and analyzes monthly and periodic reports and recommends action plans for management review.
  • Ensures proper monitoring and completion of testing forms and billing documents (Certificate of Completion, Delivery Receipt, As-built plans, etc.) and forwards to the Operations Support Officer/Associate and Sales Support Associate for billing processing.
  • Reinforces health and safety protocols are being observed and followed by his/her team specially at project sites.
  • Monitors all Health and Safety matters in coordination with the EHS Department.
  • Assesses and evaluates service efficiency of the team. Monitors and controls team performance for efficient results.
  • Motivates and trains employees to achieve high level of efficiency and delivery of quality output.
