The Trust & Safety Policy team develops and reviews our community policies to promote a positive and safe environment for all of our Users and Content Creators to enjoy and express themselves.

Responsibilities
What will I be doing?

• You will organize and articulate ambiguous and complex ideas or issues into clear documentation and analysis
• You will craft and implement content policies for the Philippines market with local insights which are in line with global Trust and Safety policies
• Youll act as an escalation point of contact for the Philippines, align with all stakeholders and respond to emergency content safety-related cases

Qualifications
What should I bring with me?

Minimum Qualification

• Experience in policy, policy enforcement, or public policy, specifically in technology/social media/content
• You are interested in eliminating user exposure to harmful content and eliminating risk while balancing the freedom of creative expression
• You have high fluency in English and Tagalog language, superior oral and written communication skills, & deep familiarity with the Philippine market.

Preferred Qualification

• Proficiency in any other Southeast Asia or Northeast Asia language would be a plus
• Understanding of Southeast Asia, Asia-Pacific region would be a plus
