RESPONSIBILITIES

• Scrutinize leads obtained from events or content syndication provided by vendors
• Enrich provided contact lists to ensure they match the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) by checking against ZI information, particularly industry and sub-industry
• Provide a count of new accounts and contacts created versus existing contacts added
• Pull existing contacts from organizations listed in the provided link, Clean out outdated contacts from these accounts, and Scrape missing contacts within the Ideal Customer Profile (Marketing Manager and Sales Director)
• Import the final list of contacts into the designated Salesforce campaign with a "sent" status and Provide a contact list view and SFDC report, separated by prospects versus customer leads
• Generate a report and sheet of all accounts owned by Carey falling into Cybersecurity or security sectors/industries
• Ensure current contacts are reachable by zero bouncing and cleaning up contacts in the system
• Scraping ICPs at Identified Accounts, Add Contacts to Salesforce Campaign, and Segment contacts into Marketing roles prioritizing by type

QUALIFICATIONS

• Prior experience in marketing operations, lead generation, data management, or a similar role is required. Ideally, candidates should have at least 2-3 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, particularly Salesforce, is essential. Experience with marketing automation platforms such as Outreach is highly desirable
• Strong skills in data manipulation, cleansing, and enrichment are necessary. Candidates should be comfortable working with large datasets and possess knowledge of data enrichment tools and techniques
• Ability to analyze data, identify patterns, and draw insights is crucial for this role. Candidates should be adept at interpreting data to inform decision-making processes
• Excellent attention to detail is vital to ensure accuracy and completeness when handling data and performing data-related tasks
• Strong organizational and project management skills are important for managing multiple tasks, prioritizing workload, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and manipulation is necessary. Familiarity with web scraping tools and techniques would be advantageous
• Any relevant certifications in marketing operations, CRM systems, or data management would be a plus and demonstrate a commitment to professional development
