We are looking for a dynamic and versatile Customer Assistant to join our team. This role offers an opportunity to gain exposure to various areas of operations and back-office functions, providing valuable experience and professional development.

Key Responsibilities :
Assist in customer service activities, including responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Support administrative tasks such as data entry, document processing, and record keeping.
Bachelor’s degree in any four-year course.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to adapt to changing environments and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
