Spring Financial is looking for an IT Support Specialist to assist in the organizations daily IT operations. this individual will act as the go-to person for all things hardware and software related at a company level.

PLEASE NOTE – This is full-time permanent, work-from-home position

Role Responsibilities:

• Remotely configuring, troubleshooting, and maintaining fleet of desktops and laptops, and its software
• Maintaining active directory accounts and security groups
• Manage SaaS user accounts and access/permission assignments
• Providing support for all internal hardware and software
• Handling requests through Jira Service Desk ticketing system
• Troubleshooting additional miscellaneous IT related tasks as they arise
• Creating and maintaining documentation and inventory records, and conducting required audits
• Participating in IT projects as necessary
• Managing stock levels and purchasing small equipment as necessary
• Keeping a detailed record of purchase invoices
• Maintaining license totals, user deletions/backups on a week-to-week basis
• Windows and Mac support
• video conferencing support
• Ability to work outside of standard shift to assist with IT projects as needed

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• 2 to 3 years of experience in a Help Desk environment. Education may be considered equivalent on a case by case basis
• A complete understanding of the Windows 10 operating system
• Experience with Mac OS
• Ability to learn quickly and work efficiently in a dynamic environment
• Experience using a ticketing system
• Experience working with Active Directory
• Experience with Google Workspace, Jamf, and Okta an asset
• Relevant certificates an asset
• Strong attention to detail

The compensation for this role is 28,000-40,000 PHP/monthly
