Client Relationship Consultant

We are looking for a dynamic Client Relationship Consultant to join our team. This is a remote position based in the Philippines.

This is an opportunity to join a goal-driven startup with big ambitions. Building upon our triumphant Series A raise in 2021, we concluded our Series B funding round in December 2022, further solidifying our commitment to continued growth.

What youll do

Renewal of Client contracts at the end of the contract period

Retention of Clients

Cross Sales and Upgrades of Clients to higher revenue products and packages

Recording of daily progress via available tools such as Hubspot and Google Docs

Provide reports on client feedback to relevant teams, via and central node

From time to time, handle complaint cases and address their concerns

Who you are

Minimum 3 years of experience in a quota carrying renewal/sales role

Strong customer-facing acumen and excellent communication skills

Proficient in handling a high volume of accounts

Ability to work independently as well as in a team

Adaptability to fast-paced and dynamic environment

Experience in process building and implementation will be an added advantage

Good knowledge of basic accounting principles will be an added advantage
