A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR ROLE As a Trade Support Representative, you are responsible in ensuring that all employment and personal information of employees are kept and handled in accordance with existing company policies on Information Security and Data Privacy.
What you get to do every day as a Trade Support Representative: Responsible for assisting and resolving concerns of our paying customers over the phone, message center platform and email.
  • Cater to a wide range of tasks from as simple as updating an email, to a more complicated task such as having difficult conversations about lead disputes.
  • Laise effectively internally with other departments from Manila and Sydney to ensure that customers’ needs are addressed.
  • Work mainly from the backend, going through the customer’s application forms and documents sent to determine suitability and affordability.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Transfer calls quickly and efficiently.
  • Liaise effectively internally with other departments, for example our Sales and Support team, to ensure that customers’ needs are addressed.
  • Understand all aspects of the business and products in order to support effectively.
  • Reply to inbound customer emails and enquiries with detailed response and action accordingly.
  • Handle all requests with due skill and care.

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in the BPO industry handling calls and emails, or chat.
  • Good to excellent comprehension and written English skills.
